Summary: Stayed July 2017 for one week. Pictures do not do this property justice, very spacious with lots of extras, towels, freezer box, kitchen utensils, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker etc that were really appreciated. Even a laundry room! Property is lovely, clean and peaceful. Has been well maintained and we were very well looked after by our hosts with little gifts of local food. We had a one year old with us and they were able to put up a fence round the pool, one which made it safe but did not obstruct the view. Overall we booked this property on the excellent reviews and we are so so happy we did. A wonderful villa in a lovely area of Majorca. Happily recommend and wish we were still there. Thank you for having us.

Summary: We cannot stop talking (and dreaming!) of our perfect Mallorca vacation, thanks to Guillem and his lovely home. Upon arrival, we felt instantly welcome and at home. The house is large and practically equipped with anything you could need, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed the fresh lemons and oranges, courtesy of his family's farm. Our daughter loved the pigs and ducks in the neighboring yard. It is quiet, and the view of the Mediterranean is a complete dream to see in the distance. We will absolutely be back!

Summary: We had an awassome time at Guillem's place. He's a very friendly guy who - more or less - passed by every other day to check if all went well. The house is warm en cosy and equipped with all the necessary household appliances. Up on arrival the house is stock with basic (cooking) ingredients as well which makes you feel very welcome. The distant view to the ocean and the spaceious 'garden' makes it definitely a place that we want to come back to. All and all we do recommend Casa Rural Son Fam Nou highly.

Summary: This house was just perfect in every sense. An old style Majorcan house that was very well kept and tastefully renovated with modern appliances. No neighbours and a nice view as well as the extra benefit of having animals just next door (the kids loved feeding the pigs!) I just can't think of anything that we felt was missing. Even the Wifi was fast...! The owner (and his dad) was very friendly and easy going as well as knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely come back.

Summary: "This is paradise! Lovely private house with swimmingpool and lots of extra's. Super friendly owner that knows the island well and gives lots of useful info. We were pleasantly surprised finding a bottle of cava and a big water mellon, among other things in the big fridge. We truly loved this house and will without doubt return to Son Fam nou."

Summary: "House renovated in 2007 with extraordinary attention to stylish and beautiful furniture, details etc. House was in perfectly clean condition, no noise, surroundings+view as described, amenities/equipment all perfect, easy access by rental car from airport (40min). Reliable, honest, friendly, caring and available owner. Animals on neighboring lot an attractive and entertaining plus to families with children. Highly recommended house. Will be happy to recommend and to rent it again."

Summary: "The house of Guillermo was everything we expected. We chose this accomodation because of the enthousiastic reviews and they were absolutely right. The house is build in a typical spanish style and has all the luxery you need. If you look for a quiet holiday with lots of privacy this house is perfect. The beach and supermarket are only 10 minutes away."

Summary: "I stayed at this property with my family and friends, 4 adults and 2 children for two weeks in August 2009. We were very impressed with the house and its facilities. The house is very pretty and well maintained. The pool was fantastic, immaculately clean and a welcome reprise from the hot August sun. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquillity offered by the house and it's beautiful surroundings. We arrived at night and were treated to a clear sky full of stars, including a shooting star. Guillermo and his father Joan were very freindly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I strongly recommend the use of a hire car to enable you to see the real Mallorca. We made several trips including Palma, drives up the coast(stunning views),a boat trip, a water park and many visits to Porto Cristo. However, be wary of over priced marina/sea front bars and restaraunts in Porto Cristo, go up the side streets to find more reasonable prices. In my opinion you will find the best scenery/beaches and coves away from the over commercialised resorts. We will definitely return to Mallorca for another holiday and would definately consider using Homelidays again. I can't say enough in praise of this beautiful Island and thank Guillermo and his father for their help and advice. Especially to Joan for the lovely fresh figs! The best holiday I've ever had."

Summary: "The house had a beautiful feel to it, nicer than the photos can describe. Location was great and very secluded, and only about 10 minutes from Porto Cristo. The property was gated, and the neighboring garden had animals for the kids to see! Everything was top notch, with a lot of attention to details. Honestly there were days that we just didn't leave the house. And Guillem was great! Lots of good tips!"

Summary: "Vam tenir una estada molt recomanable. Casa amb mobiliari de gust, ben decorat i alhora practic. Entorn envejable i amb animals que han fet les delicies de petits i grans. Wonderfully decorated house in the middle of an ideal area, near the beach but out of the hustle of tourists. We have enjoyed having the clean and nice pool as well. Great place and helpful owner!!"
